We are looking for an engaged and driven rental agent for an exciting consulting assignment in Landskrona.

Your role as a rental agent
As a rental agent, you will be responsible for renting out apartments in Landskrona. You will play an important role in filling vacant apartments and ensuring a smooth rental process – from the first contact with potential tenants to contract signing and move-in. In close collaboration with your team, you will ensure that the properties quickly and efficiently get new tenants. You will be based at our client's office in Landskrona.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment viewings and maintain an active dialogue with potential tenants.
• Be responsible for contract signing and ensure that all terms are followed.
• Perform inspections of apartments upon move-out and move-in.
• Handle terminations and manage the entire rental process.
• Work both in the office and on-site to maintain a presence in your assigned rental area.

We are looking for someone who has
We are looking for someone with experience in rental or property management. You have an understanding of the entire rental process. You have good knowledge of management, rental law, and contractual issues, and are comfortable with the Office suite and property systems. You express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
